1. 3D Scanning:
Get 1:1 high precision data from real cars.
2. Hand Drawing:
Sketch the rough styling kit depends on client’s requirement, and send for confirmation
3. CAD Design:
Send the STP./ISG. file of the product’ s final design or 3D rendering, after confirmed, then start to draw for molds.
4. CNC Milling Operations:
5-axis or 3-axis CNC machine will be used for building the moulds.
5. Sample Production:
Production will be strictly arranged according to the SOP and client’s specific requirement.
6. Fitment Testing:
Try to install the first sample on the car, if everything was good, then send to the client for quality and fitment checking.
