3D Scanning our Tesla Model Y - JC Sportline Dry Carbon Body Kit
In this live streaming, our engineer Mr. Yang will demonstrate using our handy 3d scanner for scanning TESLA MODEL Y body parts, so we can capture large areas in detail, including the OEM side skirts and rear diffuser, along together the inside mounting location. The complete sets of car data will be used for our own design NEW components development. Now, he’s already taking the side skirts and rear bumper off and installing the rear bumper back on the car. Hmm, it took about 30 minutes to dismount the parts, and 10-15 minutes entirely target the rear bumper, diffuser, side skirts, side door, and mounting position. Considering the size of this vehicle that's actually not too bad, so now we're really ready to start on the 3d scanning process.
