Mold cleanup，Clean the mold with warm soapy water and dry.
Heat molds in the oven to 45 degrees. It's better to increase the adhesion between carbon fabric clothes and molds.
Send the mold to the producing department, clean the mold again, to ensure the mold surface is smooth.
Place the pre-cut prepreg carbon fabric tightly on the surface of the mold without bubbles.
Cut off the excess clothes, and check the compactness. Leave it for 10 minutes to let the bubbles disappear. The next step is the vacuum process.
